Who we are
IDNI ("we", "us") is the service at idni.digital, operated by IDNI Digital, Texas, USA, 1401 Lavaca St. #40356, Austin, TX 78701, USA. By creating an account, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use IDNI.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
What you get
IDNI gives you a dedicated static IP address in the country you choose (in some countries, optionally also a city; US addresses come without a state or city choice). Your internet traffic can be routed through it using HTTP or SOCKS5, so websites see an address in that place. The address is set up automatically after payment and is meant to stay the same for as long as your plan is active.
Location is a preference, not a guarantee. In the US you get a US address without a state or city choice, and location databases may show it in any US city. Where you can pick a city, that city is what we aim for. If no addresses are available there at that moment, we assign the next closest available location.
- IDNI is a proxy, not a VPN. It changes where you appear to be; it does not encrypt your traffic. Websites' own HTTPS still protects what you send.
- The address is supplied through an upstream network partner. In rare cases (for example, a provider outage or the address being withdrawn) we may need to replace it with a similar one in the same country.
- We can't guarantee that any particular website, app, employer system or streaming catalogue will accept, allow or behave in a certain way with your address. Third parties set their own rules and can change them at any time.
- We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Speed depends on distance and on networks outside our control.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your client-area password and your proxy username and password private; you are responsible for activity that happens through your account and your address. One plan is for one customer: don't resell, share publicly or sublet your address unless we've agreed in writing. Tell us straight away if you think your credentials have been exposed and we'll reset them.
Acceptable use
Use IDNI for legitimate purposes only, such as keeping a steady, familiar connection for work, banking and your own accounts while you travel. You must not use IDNI to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- commit fraud, scams, identity theft, payment or card fraud, or create fake accounts;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or run phishing;
- access accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, take over accounts, credential-stuff, or bypass, test or attack anyone else's security (no hacking, scanning, brute-forcing or DDoS);
- distribute malware, or host, share or access child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
- harass, threaten or harm others;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
- run high-volume scraping, ticket or sneaker bots, ad fraud, or traffic that disrupts our network or our partners.
Employers and platforms: you are responsible for following your employer's policies and the terms of the websites and apps you use. IDNI helps you keep a consistent connection; it is not a tool for misleading your employer about where you work or for getting around rules you have agreed to. If your location matters for your job, taxes, visa or contract, check with the relevant people first. We don't encourage or support deceiving anyone.
Prices, billing and renewal
Prices are in US dollars and include no setup fee: Private Address: $10 for 1 month, $50 for 6 months or $100 for 12 months; Private Address Premium: $15 for 1 month, $75 for 6 months or $150 for 12 months. Taxes may be added where the law requires. You can pay by card through Stripe or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Plans renew for the same length of time unless you cancel. We send an invoice before each renewal (usually up to 14 days ahead). If you paid by card, renewals may be charged automatically to the card you saved; crypto renewals need you to pay the invoice.
- Crypto payments must be sent in full to the address shown on the NOWPayments page; under- or late payments may not be credited automatically. Network fees are your responsibility.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your client area (Services → Request Cancellation). You keep your address until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again. Your address is then released and may later be assigned to someone else.
Refunds
- 24-hour guarantee: if your address doesn't work and we can't fix it or replace it, ask within 24 hours of it being delivered and we'll refund your payment in full, as long as the address hasn't been heavily used.
- Outside that window, payments for periods that have started are generally non-refundable, but if a problem on our side leaves you without a working address for a long time, contact us and we'll make it right with a credit, extension or partial refund.
- No refunds for accounts suspended or terminated for breaking these Terms.
- Card refunds go back to the original card. Crypto refunds are paid in the same coin to an address you give us, for the US-dollar amount you paid, minus network fees.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually solve problems faster. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you extra rights (for example, the EU or UK), nothing here takes those rights away. Because the address is delivered immediately at your request, any statutory 14-day withdrawal right may end once the service has started, to the extent the law allows.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your service, without refund, if you break these Terms, if we receive credible abuse reports or legal requests about your address, if a payment is reversed or fraudulent, or if needed to protect our network, partners or other customers. Where it's reasonable and lawful we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If an invoice stays unpaid, your service may be suspended a few days after the due date and later cancelled.
Cooperation with authorities
We don't monitor or record the websites you visit. We will respond to valid legal requests as the law requires, and we may share the account and billing information we hold with authorities or our network partner when required by law or to stop abuse.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, lost employment or account restrictions imposed by third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim is brought against us because of your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Travis County, Texas (Austin) have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers can also bring claims in the courts where they live if their local law gives them that right. Please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll let active customers know by email or in the client area before it takes effect. Continuing to use IDNI after that means you accept the new Terms.
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version applies.
